Operations Manager
We are a husband and wife team! Jon is originally from Woodstock, GA (20 mins north of Atlanta), graduate of dance from Birmingham Southern in AL, and is a professional dancer and content strategist. Ria is a Cincinnati native, graduate of musical theatre from Wright State University, and a trained actor, director, and coach. We met while both performing on Royal Caribbean’s luxury line, Azamara. After ships, we lived and worked for several years in NYC and Atlanta before finding our way to Cinci. We both still perform with companies throughout the city - Children’s Theatre of Cinci, The Carnegie, and Cincinnati Landmark Productions to name a few – eagerly looking forward to being able to get back to that! When we aren’t performing, Jon works with businesses all over the country as a content creator and strategist through his business, Jon Caspian Media LLC. When not performing or directing, Ria is the Operations Manager for Jon Caspian Media, the Theatre Director at Ross High School, Project Manager for The Carnegie’s Creative Disruption Committee, and pursuing a Life Coaching business. In his down time, Jon loves nerding out to Star Trek, running an RPG campaign, and painting minis for his favorite tabletop games. Ria will likely be watching movies, decorating her planner, reading, crocheting, or organizing something.
